Dr Catherine Khanoba is a health policy specialist and faculty member at Global South Open Health Education (GSOUTH), where she contributes to strengthening evidence‑based policy, systems thinking, and strategic approaches that support resilient health systems across the Global South. GSOUTH is a not‑for‑profit institution dedicated to expanding access to high‑quality health education and research that drives sustainable improvements in public health.
Dr Khanoba brings a multidisciplinary background bridging clinical insight, policy analysis, and health systems research. She has engaged deeply with health policy, planning, and financing, focusing on how policy frameworks and evidence can translate into efficient, equitable, and sustainable health outcomes in low‑ and middle‑income settings.
